Help is just a call or a text away. Below is a list of hotlines that you can access if you are looking for immediate support or pass on to a friend in need.

National Mental Health Hotlines:

  • National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) helpline: 1-800-950-NAMI (6264).

  • Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Helpline: reach out to 1-800-662-HELP (4357)

  • Samaritans Youth Text Line: If you are aged up to 24 you can text “Hey Sam” to 439-726 for help from a peer. 9am-midnight.
